by taking small breaks. It’s really that easy!
The “low battery” warning on our smartphones is pretty obvious, but your brain gives you some pretty clear signals too — like irritability, fogginess, and a stubborn refusal to offer up any good ideas.
Even if your inside voice shouts at you for being lazy, just stop when you’re feeling tired. Get up, go for a walk, or even — gasp! — take a nap. You’ll come back with fresh ideas and energy, and that little break might just produce a breakthrough.
